Booking and Cancellation Policy for Thailand Elephant Sanctuary Online Website

Booking:

To make a booking for our elephant sanctuary, you must be at least 18 years old. Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

To confirm your booking, we require payment in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed during the booking process.

Upon completion of your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your reservation. Please bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation with you on the day of your visit.

If you require any special assistance or have any dietary requirements, please notify us at the time of booking so that we can make necessary arrangements.

 

Cancellation:

We understand that plans can change, and we offer flexible cancellation policies to accommodate your needs. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a booking:

  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the designated visit start time, you will receive a full refund.
  • For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the designated visit start time, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the designated visit start time or in the case of a 'No Show'.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through the email or phone number provided on our website. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

Please note that in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and provide a full refund to the customer.

We reserve the right to amend our booking and cancellation policy from time to time, and any changes will be updated on our website.
